Good overall condition; wear consistent with age. In original glass, so I have not cleaned the inside of the glass or the airbrushed painting that reflects some age spots (see pictures). Beautiful nonetheless and could hang immediately. Frame is original and needs to be restored or updated, as desired.

About Benjamin Jorj Harris:
Benjamin Jorj Harris was a noted artist who lived from 1904 to1957. Harris was one of many artists who supplied original watercolors, to Newman Decor, a high-end interior design firm that decorated apartments during the late 1940s housing boom. This original art work would complement the fabric selected as coverings or, as in this case, the overall mood of the decorations. Over the years, Harris’ work has become highly sought-after and collectable as he and his wife, Georgette were thought to have “perfected the art of airbrushing.”
