This beautiful 1900s Japanese Imari Gold Porcelain decorative bowl will add a lovely, high-value touch to your home decor. The colorful outside of the footed bowl displays unusual shapes and an intricate pattern on a deep brick red background. The inside of this bowl has a restful, white background with a deep red band with gold scroll-work around the top edge. There are three unusual red and gold mythical shapes on a white background around the inside of the bowl. On the bottom inside of the bowl, there is a cluster of peach and rust flowers surrounding a fourth squid-like shape. The foot of the bowl is white. The bottom of this piece is marked “Gold Imari” and “HandPainted”.
