Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Regular orders can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling. Merchandise should be returned, prepaid and insured to TookeyBuxton.com.

Regular orders can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition for store credit, excluding all shipping and handling charges. Merchandise should be returned, prepaid and insured to Tookey Buxton.

We take pride in shipping your order quickly. If your shipment has not arrived within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue, track the package and/or submit a claim. Full refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase for lost packages. A partial refund of 50% will be given from 30-60 days of purchase for lost packages. No refund for lost packages will be given after 60 days of purchase. Any approved refund request for a lost shipment will be processed within seven (7) days.

**ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING**

Because we insure the items we ship, we must adhere to the criteria of USPS or other carriers regarding damage claims. Thus, until the claim is resolved, it is important to retain the mailing container including any damaged items, the wrappings, packaging, and any contents that were received. Do not return or reship the item (this voids the insurance claim). The Postal Service may request more information or documentation to process our claim. Upon written request from the Postal Service, the recipient must present the mailed article and all wrappings, labels, and available contents for inspection at a Post Office. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim and therefore, we will be unable to refund your purchase.

SIZING IS THE HARDEST THING WE DO, ESPECIALLY OVER THE PHONE OR E-MAIL. WE WILL DO OUR BEST, BUT SOMETIMES IT IS INEVITABLE TO RESIZE FOR YOU. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FIT AND WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

Special orders may not be canceled or returned. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.

When not traveling to discover latest trends, unique beads and cool vintage jewelry, we work in two different areas— in NE Mississippi and Basalt, CO. Please send us an email first should you need to ship an item to us. That way we can confirm which address to use for your shipment.
